VIDEO: Sinead O’Connor Performs On Icelandic TV With Daughter Roisin

Like mother, like daughter.

Her

It comes as no surprise that Roisin Watters, Sinead O’ Connor’s 17-year-old daughter, has a beautiful voice. The teenager joined her mother onstage as a backing vocalist for American singer-songwriter, John Grant’s New Year’s Eve performance on Icelandic television.

During a special edition of the chat show, Gamlársdagsmorgunn, O’Connor told the host about her love for the country.

The 47-year-old participated in an Iceland Airwaves gig two years previous, and explained that Iceland was somewhere she had wanted to take her children back to.

The mother and daughter stood side-by-side and helped out with vocals on Grant’s track, GMF, ‘Greatest Mother F***er.

One of the biggest hits of the year in the country, the song proves to be lyrically fairly interesting.
