Vogue Williams has announced the birth of her second child, a baby girl. The model and TV personality revealed the happy news on Instagram this afternoon, stating that she and husband Spencer Matthews had welcomed a daughter. "Last night we became a family of four," she wrote on Instagram. "Our beautiful daughter arrived safely and happily into the world." https://www.instagram.com/p/CC_LeATD39I/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Vogue announced that she and Spencer were expecting again earlier this year.  Posting a photo of their son Theodore with the caption "and now for some happy news," the former Fade Street star said: "Hi everyone, we're got some very exciting news," as Spencer pointed at her stomach.
