Adele has opened up about how she felt after her Grammys performance.
She was forced to take to Twitter after people were criticising it saying it was ‘flat’.
Speaking on The Ellen DeGeneres Show after the Grammys she explained what happened saying, “Sound check was great, went really well. I was really excited and then during the changeover, in the ad break, the microphones fell onto the piano strings which is what the guitar noise was.
“Some people thought it was Justin Bieber rehearsing, but it wasn’t him. We’re on great terms. And then it kind of put the whole thing off really.”
When Ellen asked her how she felt the next day she said, “I cried pretty much all day yesterday. I was so embarrassed. I kept spontaneously bursting into tears yesterday.”
