Rachel and Kate were nominated by their mum because of their bravery.
One Direction will surprise two lucky fans in a special edition of Surprise Surprise.
Just before the boys go on hiatus, they joined the St Stephen’s Day special show, hosted by Holly Willoughby.
Complete with a horse-drawn carriage, Mark Wright brought the girls to meet and interview the boys.
Rachel (11 years old) and Kate (15 years old), from Newcastle, were nominated by their mum after going through a very tough time.
When Kate was only 8 years old, she became seriously ill and had complete heart failure, ending up on a life support, according to ITV.
Kate, who was just 11 years old at the time supported her sister while she waited for a heart transplant.
Surprise Surprise will air on ITV at 7pm on St Stephen’s Day.
