Westmeath Extends a Warm Invitation to Superstar Bruce Springsteen

Bruce Springsteen has been invited to Westmeath ahead of his RDS gig next week.

According to The Irish Mirror, Mullingar Town Council and Westmeath County Council have invited Bruce to the county so that he can explore his Irish roots.

The singer’s great-great grandmother is thought to have been from Westmeath and moved to America during the famine.

How cool would it be if Springsteen decided to take up the invitation? We think he’d have a blast!
