X Factor judge Mel B has revealed she is blind in her left eye as a result of laser eye surgery she had 15 years ago. The former Spice Girl, who is planning to have corrective surgery soon, has said she "can't see at all out of her left eye". Speaking to Hello magazine, the 39-year-old revealed that "the lasering went wrong so this will be totally life-changing". When asked her opinion on cosmetic surgery including Botox, Mel B has said that she wouldn't be opting for any of these procedures. The X Factor judge said she "can't see" out of her left eye "I don't want to have Botox or surgery because I want to have expression in my face, but I want to look after myself. I'm not an idiot. Looks do count in this business," she said. Mel also spoke about her plans for another baby, saying that she and husband Stephen Belafonte are considering adoption. "We've been talking about it for two years. I'm 40 next year, I want to have one more baby" she told the publication. "I think there are so many kids in the world that we could give a chance to" added Stephen. Mel has three children: Phoenix (15) with ex-husband Jimmy Gulzar, Angel (7) was born after Mel had a short relationship with comedian Eddie Murphy and her husband Stephen is the father of Madison (3).
