According to Digital Spy, Zayn Malik has reached the number one spot in the American charts, something One Direction were never able to do.
The singer, who now goes by just Zayn, is the first UK artist to reach the top spot with a debut single.
The highest the One Direction boys ever reached on the US charts was the number two spot with their song, Best Song Ever.
Zayn's debut album, Mind of Mine, is due for release in March.
