There was some happy news for actress Adele Silva this week as she revealed that she is expecting her first child with husband Oliver Farber. The former Emmerdale star (34) announced her pregnancy in an exclusive interview with Hello! and revealed to the magazine that although she is now 22 weeks pregnant, she found it hard to get excited about the pregnancy until after her five month scan as she had suffered three miscarriages. “Some of my friends will be shocked to learn about my previous pregnancies and miscarriages as I kept them to myself,” the soap actress told Hello! before revealing that she hadn't been able to return to Emmerdale as she had been told to rest during the early stages of her pregnancy. “But I want other women to know there’s light at the end of the tunnel. Every day now, I just think ‘Wow’. “I want this to be a success story,” she continued. “It sounds awful but I wasn’t remotely excited before my five months scan. I didn’t want to think about it just in case it was bad news. Now I’m excited but I always touch wood.
