We understand.
If you’re fond of an ‘ol pint in a quiet Irish pub then we feel you. There’s nothing better than sitting by the fire, enjoying a Guinness (or beverage of your choice), while chatting to your mates.
Many of us did so last week during the Beast from the East, and it was great craic altogether.
The thing about an Irish pub is – you don’t have to dress up. You don’t have to be fancy. You can arrive down in leggings with your hair on top of your head and nobody will give you a second glance.
But there’s always that one person who wants a photo… and even though you might protest against it, they take it anyway.
So you grin and bear it… or you know, hide.
That’s what seemingly happened to the Game of Thrones cast last night as they were sat in Kelly’s Cellars in Belfast.
Emilia Clarke, Kit Harington, Peter Dinklage, Jacob Anderson, and showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss were all enjoying their drinks, and suitably dressed down for the occasion.
Then someone (presumably) from the bar decided to take their picture (which you would… it’s the Game of Thrones cast IRL after all) and upload it onto social media.
In the picture, they are all smiling for the camera… except for two people that seem to be hiding behind the armchairs?
As you may have noticed, Winter Is Coming. Or Coming Back. Or whatever.
But whatever it is, it was a pleasure to welcome some of the cast of Game of Thrones yesterday evening.
Because that’s what they do.
They drink. And they know things. pic.twitter.com/UyhlYHb9NY— Kelly’s Cellars (@kellyscellars) March 4, 2018
Can you see them?
Yep, we all have that one friend who just WON’T get in a picture if their makeup isn’t done.
Either way, it looked like they all had a great night, and we can only hope they weren’t too harassed by fans while having a quiet pint.
