Keeley Ryan

EastEnders‘ Tilly Keeper has shared a tribute to her character Louise Mitchell as her final scenes aired on Friday.

Earlier this year, the 22-year-old announced she would be leaving the iconic soap after four years.

“I have loved playing Louise Mitchell over these past few years, and I feel honoured to have been part of such an iconic show,” the actress said at the time. “Working with our incredible cast and crew has been a joy and I shall miss my EastEnders family greatly.”

Louise’s final scenes aired on Friday night, as she left Albert Square with her baby daughter Peggy, her father Phil and her mum Lisa Fowler.

And following her character’s departure, Keeper took to Instagram to share a tribute to Louise.

“Goodbye Louise, you wore terrible terrible jumpers but you brought me some of the most important people in my life so thank you gal,” she wrote, alongside a photo of herself posing with the bust in the Queen Vic.

Louise’s exit comes after it was recently confirmed that Keanu Taylor, who pretty much everyone in Walford believes to be dead, is set to return.

Filming photos for the long-running soap’s 35th anniversary show Danny Walters, who plays Keanu, back on set for the milestone.
