The 'Masterchef' star has stepped down from the show due to medical issues.
A spokesperson confirmed she has already left the jungle.
A show spokesperson stated: "Unfortunately Grace Dent has left the show on medical grounds. She has been a great campmate and will be missed by her fellow celebrities and viewers alike."
The 'I'm a Celeb' team has not expanded on Grace's medical issue, but we're wishing her a speedy recovery.
The star was set to take part in a trial called 'Down the Tubes' in tonight's episode but has since been replaced by 'EastEnders' actress Danielle Harold.
Danielle will take part in the trial with presenter Josie Gibson.
Grace's exit comes after Jamie Lynn Spears threatened to quit the show.
The actress was struggling with being away from her family, especially her children, but her campmates rallied around her and encouraged her to stay.
Grace Dent is the first celebrity to leave the show.
Speaking ahead of her appearance on the ITV show, Grace Dent said: "My dad had dementia, I cared for him and I lost him. Mum had cancer and I lost her.
"I think that this has made me very strong and resilient. This is going to be a big challenge and now I am older, life is for living and it’s one of the reasons why I said yes."
