Love Island: One islander will be packing their suitcase after a surprise dumping tonight

Katy Brennan

Who is safe?

After Liam’s shocking exit from Love Island last week, islanders breathed a sigh of relief as no one else was dumped from the villa.

Now, tonight will see a twist with everyone asked to gather around the fire pit for a surprise dumping – meaning one person will be packing their bags.

Paige and Afia are both currently single and have the biggest risk of having to leave, but the arrival of newcomer Jacques could change that.

The bombshell has been already been ruffling a few feathers in the villa (namely, Luca’s) but tonight he’s stepping on Andrew’s toes as he decides to set his sights on Tasha.

“I couldn’t care less to be honest,” Andrew insists, as he sees the two have a conversation.

Luca says: “No, no, you do care, nah mate, I would care. I would admit I am upset.”

Andrew replies: “I am not upset.”

Luca adds: “You literally are denying facts mate, you’re shooting yourself in the foot if she hears anything you’ve said.”

Later, Luca cheekily tries to wind up Jacques by telling him he’s going to kiss his ex, Gemma.

As, the islanders head out into the garden for the evening, Jacques heads over to Andrew and Luca and asks: What are we saying lads?”

Luca confidently quips back:Just saying how I am about to kiss your ex.”

Elsewhere Dami and Amber get to go play a game of tennis for their first date. Dami’s competitive streak comes out as he suggests: “I’ll do this for a peck, whoever wins, gets a peck.”

Afterwards, the couple sit down for a drink and some strawberries where they talk about what’s going on with their romance.

Things are also heating up for Indiyah and Ikenna, as Indiyah finally decides to take the plunge and instigate a chat about where they’re at.

“Sometimes it is nice to know that you’re feeling me, that you’re interested or if it’s reciprocated,” she says.

To which Ikenna reassures her: “You know how I feel anyway about you.”

The two then share their first kiss after cementing how they feel about each other. Will they now take their relationship to the next level?

Love Island airs tonight at 9pm on Virgin Media Two and Virgin Media Player.
