WATCH: First look at all of the star-studded movies dropping on Netflix this year

Katy Brennan

What a line-up.

Netflix has given us a first look at all of the movies we can expect to see this year and there’s a lot to look forward to.

One of the most highly-anticipated on the list is The Grey Man starring a leading cast full of Hollywood heartthrobs, including Chris Evans, Ryan Gosling and Regé-Jean Page.

The film focuses on CIA operative Lloyd Hansen (Chris Evans) as he hunts down an ex-CIA assassin named Court Gentry (Ryan Gosling) and is said to be the biggest-budget feature film in all of Netflix’s history.

The sneak-peak trailer shows Gosling aptly dressed in grey, while Evans rocks a questionable moustache.

Other movies coming to Netflix this year include The Mother, starring Jennifer Lopez as an assassin who decides to devote her time to caring for her young child.

The sequel to Knives Out will also be landing on the streaming platform this year, with Daniel Craig returning as detective Benoit Blanc alongside a cast of potential suspects, including Kate Hudson and Dave Bautista.

The Adam Project features Ryan Reynolds as a time-traveling pilot who teams up with his younger self and his late father to come to terms with his past while saving the future.

Enola Holmes fans will be delighted to learn that Millie Bobby Brown is back in her leading role for a promising sequel. Meanwhile, Jason Momoa stars as a mythical creature in the American-fantasy Slumberhead.

Other titles dropping on the Netflix this year include everything from a cringey Lindsay Lohan Christmas romcom to a terrifying Texas Chainsaw Massacre reboot.
