Panic for Corrie as Sinead Tinker goes into shock labour next week
She'll be rushed to hospital next week.
There'll be panic on the cobbles over the next few days as Sinead Tinker is rushed to hospital to deliver her baby boy.
The factory worker will be told that her cervical cancer has spread too far and that she will need to give birth as soon as possible to minimise harm to her and the child.
Sinead's oncologist breaks the news to her and Daniel, leaving the pair fearful for what will happen during the labour.
After a quick baby shower, Sinead arrives to hospital and undergoes a C-section, but before the new mum can hold her son, he is taken away to the neo-natal unit.
Daniel is later asked to come see the baby privately, leading to fears that there is something wrong with his newborn son.
He is also sent into further panic when Sinead passes out soon after giving birth.
This comes after Sinead decided to undergo a form of mild cancer treatment in a bid to save her baby.
The Weatherfielder was warned that the cancer would continue to spread if she did not start chemotherapy right away, but she decided against it until a friend of hers passed away for avoiding the same kind of treatment.
The scenes will kick off next week.
