Victoria Beckham is reportedly rejoining the Spice Girls for a special project
Victoria Beckham is finally ready to rejoin Spice Girls for a new mystery project and our hearts can't handle it.
Her bandmate Mel B has claimed that the iconic girl group has an exciting announcement in the mix and it includes all five members.
Claiming that Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell, and Victoria Beckham are all set to come together for the first time in 11 years, she said the band will be releasing a statement soon.
While they are reportedly busy "perfecting" it, we certainly couldn't be more excited.
Revealing that it's something that fans are "really going to love", she told The UK Sun: "My theory is that if I say it enough, it will happen. But actually, we are planning on releasing a statement."
"What that is, I can’t say right now because we’re just finishing off perfecting what we’re going to be doing together, all five of us, but it’s going to be something that the fans are really going to love."
Mel was also asked how Victoria was persuaded to get on board, to which she said: "She was really busy doing her fashion line and supporting David with his moves and his career and obviously she’s got a bunch of kids so it’s just about finding the right time and we’ve managed to do that so there should be an announcement pretty soon."
After Victoria Beckham, Mel B, Mel C, Emma Bunton, and Geri Halliwell jumped onto the scene as the Spice Girls, their second studio album was released in November 1997 and was a huge success.
Debuting at number one in the UK, it stayed there for three weeks as well as reaching the top spot in 13 other countries, and in December 1997, the film Spice World was released and only added to Spice Mania.
