Everyday anxiety is a pain in the hoop.
It tries to prevent you from doing little carefree things such as asking the bus driver how much the fare is, telling the barista you want low-fat milk, meeting the girls for a few drinks or single-handedly corrupting the Tidy Towns Competition.
Imagine if our irrational anxieties could text us. We’d realise how ridiculous our worries are and certainly find it a lot easier to stand up to them.
