Kim Kardashian has always been a fan of the “if you’ve got it, flaunt it” school of thought… and her latest outfit is no exception.

The reality TV star took to the red carpet of the GQ Men Of The Year Awards this evening, in a plunging Ralph & Russo custom made dress, with full sheer skirt.

It’s fair to say the fishtail dress, with hand-embroidered crystal skirt, caught the eyes of everyone – including rapper husband Kanye West, who was on hand to fix the skirt for the cameras.

The couple were later seen hugging, kissing and smiling. She may not have won over the fashion critics this evening, but she got Kanye's seal of approval.
