2016 Billboard Music Awards – Who wore it best?

Last night, the 2016 Billboard Music Awards took place. As expected, many famous people attended and they did their best to wear nice clothes and appear respectable. For the record, I think everyone looked lovely, however I'm still going to compare their expensive outfits to ridiculous items anyway because it's something I enjoy doing.
