Amy Huberman has opened up about her first Christmas without her father Harold.
The actress sadly lost her father in May 2022.
Amy said she is looking forward to the holidays, but she’s also going to be incredibly hard for her family.
As many people know all too well, the first Christmas after losing someone dear to you is unbearably tough.
However, the mum-of-three said she still loves the chaos of Christmas in Ireland.
She told RSVP; “We are over The Late Late Toy Show and we have read the Smyth’s catalogues so it’s full-on Christmas craziness from here on in. That chaos is just gorgeous.”
“We will have my mum and my brothers over this year, but it will be a very different Christmas without my dad.”

Amy penned a moving tribute to her father following his death in May.
She remembered her dad as a kind, generous and brave person.
The Finding Joy star said he was also a “tenacious, dapper and unique, a gentleman through and through”.
“He took the big commitments in life seriously but always managed to find the fun in the small things of the everyday. In the face of doubt or adversity, he would always try, he would always go for it. Thank you for all the love Dad, for all the inspiration, for all the laughter.”
“Heartbroken to say goodbye, a goodbye I was never going to be ready for. Will love and miss you always, but so grateful that we were yours, and that you were ours.”
