If you’re a fan of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here, you’ll remember that Amy Willerton and Joey Essex got very close during the thirteenth series in 2013.
At the time, many were sceptical about the relationship and it seems there was reason to be as Amy has since revealed it was actually a “fauxmance”.
In a recent interview with Now Magazine, Amy said that Joey has asked her for a fake romance.

“To be honest that was a horrible experience. If someone says to you: ‘Hey, let’s be in a fake relationship!’ you’re like: ‘No, that’s not what I want!’ I didn’t even know that kind of thing went on”.
Amy said that her reaction probably wasn’t what Joey expected saying: “I said: ‘No you can take me on a date’.
“We’d been friends until then but suddenly he wanted more. When I said: “No I want to do my own thing,’ he stopped talking to me, just like that” continued the 22-year-old.
Amy is now in a relationship with American businessman, Rob Gough.
