Rachel Stevens has been crowned the sexiest woman of all time according to a poll by FHM readers. This month marks the 20th annual anniversary of the 'Sexiest Woman' poll and the former S Club 7 star came out on top as the overall winner. The mother of two daughters, three-year-old Amelie and two-month old Minnie, came second in the 2000, 2001 and 2004 polls and has appeared on the cover of FHM eight times in total. Former pop star Rachel said: "To win this award feels absolutely amazing. I've worked with FHM for the past decade and a half, I feel such a strong bond to the magazine, and it's so flattering to think that people think of me that way. It's brilliant." She added: "The first cover I shot in 2000 was really exciting, because at that time we were really young – I was 22 – and we were so used to being all kiddy and sweet and nice. It was an opportunity to be a bit more grown-up, to be more womanly and sexy."

  Dan Jude, FHM's deputy editor, said: “It’s fantastic to see Rachel take the number one spot. She’s been a part of FHM for 14 years now, and after all this time readers clearly still love her.” The list also features Halle Berry, Jennifer Lopez, Cheryl Cole and Kelly Brook and will be revealed in its entirety when the July edition goes on sale tomorrow.
