The couple confirmed they suffered two heartbreaking losses in 2024, but revealed Elaine is now halfway through her pregnancy.

The parents-to-be shared their joyous news on Instagram this week.

Not only did they reveal they were expecting a child together, but Andrew also revealed the gender of their baby.

He wrote on Instagram: "Halfway there baby boy. 2024 was a rollercoaster of a year after 2 miscarriages, but we are starting 2025 with the biggest blessing and cannot wait to meet him in a few months time."

He added: "Sending love to anyone who has struggled with pregnancy at any stage, you’re not alone."

People praised the couple for being so honest about their losses.

One wrote: "Congratulations on your rainbow baby coming! I’ve had several miscarriages as well and am due with my rainbow in a couple weeks!"

"Congratulations to you both Andrew great start to new year. Hard start but now hoping everything turns out well. I know that feeling of miscarrying but the feeling of carrying a baby to term feels brilliant," another said.

Another said: "You are going make an excellent pair of parents for the little one."
