She’s hitting the airwaves.
Irish presenter, Angela Scanlon has just revealed that she has landed a brand new job. The Meath native will be moving to BBC Radio 2 as she takes over the early morning slot.
Each Sunday, the star will now host the 4am – 6am slot on the station as part of a major shake up to their 2018 schedule.
Posting on Twitter, the 34-year-old wrote: “First pinch-me-WTF moment coming in early this year… So happy to announce I’ll be joining some of my absolute broadcasting hero’s at Team @bbcradio2 as the host of the early Sunday show!! Now all I have to do is stay awake.”
The TV personailty who is pregnant with her first child – announced her news back in November and is now due to give birth next month.
And with a brand new job and a baby on the way, it looks like 2018 will be a fantastic year for the star and we look forward to following her adventure.
