The 43-year-old only recently returned to work after his drink-driving incident in March last year.
Last month, Ant McPartlin was seen with his presenting partner at Elstree Studios over the Christmas break, ahead of his
return to TV early this year.
The dynamic duo that is Ant and Dec were attending a recording of Richard Osmon's
Replay 2018 and Ant was apparently delighted to be back in the studio.
The pair are loved by millions around the world most notably for their witty presenting on
Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway,
I'm a Celebrity and on
Britain's Got Talent. Ant and Dec have nabbed the Presenter of the Year award for a streak of 7 years since 2011 and despite Ant's absence from the final shows of
Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway and his total absence from
I'm a Celeb, the pair have still been shortlisted for the award.
According to
The Manchester Evening News, Ant and his co-host Declan Donnelly have made the shortlist for the title at this year's ceremony which will be broadcast live on ITV on January 22.
The category is tough however as Holly, her
This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield, Bradley Walsh and Graham Norton have all been shortlisted as well.
The duo is also up for a second award with their show
Ant and Dec's Saturday Night Takeaway which is up for the Bruce Forsyth Entertainment Award along with
I'm a Celeb,
All Round To Mrs Brown's,
Love Island and
The Graham Norton Show.
Dermot O'Leary will once again present this year's awards with help of
Love Island's Jack and Dani, who will be backstage and presenting from the red carpet on the night.
