Babies On The Cards? Portia Di Rossi Reveals Herself And Ellen’s Family Plans

Portia de Rossi has revealed that herself and wife Ellen DeGeneres’ future together does not include babies.

The 40-year-old Australian spoke out to OUT Magazine and said the pitter-patter of tiny feet is most definitely not on the cards for the couple.

''You have to really want to have kids, and neither of us did,'' the 40-year-old Australian told the magazine. 

''There comes some pressure in your mid-30s, and you think, 'am I going to have kids so I don't miss out on something that other people really seem to love? Or is it that I really genuinely want to do this with my whole heart?'

"I didn't feel that my response was 'yes' to the latter. So it's just going to be me and Ellen and no babies,'' she said, according to the Sydney Morning Herald.

''But we're the best of friends and married life is blissful, it really is. I've never been happier than I am right now,” she added.

Portia said married life with Ellen is blissful. 

The couple recently enjoyed  a trip to Australia together. They have been married for nearly five years.

DeGeneres, 55, said she would love to return to Australia with de Rossi in the future.
