Better Watch Out Ryan, Blake Lively is Already Hearing the Pitter-Patter of Little Feet…

Blake Lively may have only just tied the knot with Ryan Reynolds, but apparently the Gossip Girl star is already talking kids. Yes, seriously.

The ink probably hasn’t even dried on their marriage certificate but Blake has admitted that she wants to get started on making some babies as quickly as possible (although in fairness, with Ryan Reynolds as her husband we can’t say we blame her).

“I’ve always wanted a big family. Oh, I’d love 30 [children] if I could,” said Blake, speaking to Allure magazine recently.

Blake confessed her hopes for a large family just shortly before herself and her new hubby exchanged vows in Charleston, South Carolina at the weekend. Blake and Ryan first met on the set of The Green Lantern last year so their romance has been a bit of a whirlwind but ladies, this is Ryan Reynolds we’re talking about – honestly? We’d put a ring on him super-quick as well.

“Right now, I’m so peaceful,” said Blake.

“I’ve never been happier in my life,” she added.

Blake walked down the aside at Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant and according to reports, Florence + The Machine performed three songs in the couple’s honour at the wedding reception.

And while the hearts of a million women broke after it was announced that Ryan was officially off the market, Peen Badgley, Blake’s ex and Gossip Girl co-star, admitted that he is “genuinely happy” for his former flame.

“I didn’t know that is confirmed. [People] were like, ‘Hey, did you hear that Blake’s getting married?’ I was like, ‘OK, great!’ Obviously people are going try to connect us in ways in which we’re not connected any more. But it’s great, I’m happy for her,” said Penn, speaking to US Weekly.

We’re glad to see that there’ll be no hard feelings between Penn and Blake in the future.
