Thankfully, it seems Britney is just taking a little break from posting to celebrate her recent engagement. Taking to Twitter, Britney cleared the air and assuaged her fans' concerns. The diamond ring is engaged with the word "lioness", which, according to Forever Diamonds NY, is his nickname for her. On his own account, Sam posted a picture of the two of them kissing, with Britney's ring finger outstretched. In his story, Sam joked about getting a prenup. He wrote: "Thank you everyone who is concerned about the prenup! "Of course we're getting iron clad prenup to protect my jeep and shoe collection in case she dumps me one day." Their engagement news comes just days after the singer's father officially asked for her conservatorship to end. On 7 September, Jamie Spears filed a petition to end the arrangement, which has been in place for the past 13 years.
