“She is a natural”
Girls Aloud stars, Nadine Coyle and Cheryl Cole reunited last night after Cheryl’s West End performance for 2:22 A Ghost Story.
The Derry native posted an Instagram story outside the theatre ahead of watching her former bandmate on stage.
Cheryl made her West End debut in February and was supported by her fellow bandmates Kimberley and Nicola, however on that visit, Nadine was not present.
Last night, Nadine was spotted taking photos with fans outside the theatre and seemed super excited to see her friend perform.
2:22 A Ghost Story is an award-winning supernatural thriller that’s running at the Lyric Theatre, Shaftesbury Ave on the West End.
It stars Cheryl as Jenny, alongside Eastenders star Jake Wood as Ben.
Comedian Louise Forde and theatre actor Scott Karim also star.
Cheryl received a standing ovation on the opening night of the show in February.
A star-studded audience rose to their feet to applaud the cast among them were former Girls Aloud members Nicola Roberts and Kimberley Walsh.
Following the show, Nadine posted a sweet message for Cheryl and she encouraged people to go and watch the show.
She gave fans a little insight into the storyline of the show: “Last night I got to see @cherylofficial play Jenny in the West End. She is a natural up there. So great to see.
“@maxdunas told me before we went it was a little jump scary! Well! That was an understatement. I’m still not over it today!”
Nadine finished her post and wrote: “Well done Cheryl. Good luck with the rest of the run but you don’t need it.
“To anyone going, I suggest no liquids because you and everyone else around you will be drenched.”
