Cheryl Cole hasn’t had the best of luck when it comes to relationships but she is said to be “really happy” with her new squeeze, Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini (it’s quite the mouthful).
The Girls Aloud star and her French beau (who isn’t too hard to look at) have been dating for a few weeks now and were spotted looking very cosy at Cannes Film Festival.
A source told The Sun newspaper: “She’s really happy. They’re an item and Cheryl is ready to find love again”.
The insider added that her career is also picking up: “Things are going brilliantly in her professional life – she has a new song out soon and can’t wait to return to The X Factor”.
“But at the end of the day she wants to be in a relationship because that is what will make her really happy”. (We have to say, we can't see how Jean-Bernard WOULDN'T put a smile on any woman's face!)
