Coleen Rooney fuels rumours of split with Wayne after taking this big step

Coleen Rooney fuelled speculation she has split with her husband Wayne following his arrest on suspicion of drink driving after she was pictured without her wedding ring for the first time.

The dad of three was later charged with the offence following a police stop where the 31 year old was driving a 29-year-old woman home, after meeting her earlier that night. The footballer then faced accusations of infidelity when the woman, who was later named as Laura Simpson, claimed they enjoyed a “kiss and cuddle". Wayne supposedly agreed to cut down on socialising and drinking but he asked Colleen something in return in an effort to give their relationship another go. According to The Sun, the former England player has told his wife that she's taking too many holidays and told her that this needs to stop. A source said:

"He’s told her he is willing to stop going out if that means she will stay with him. But he hasn’t totally held back himself. "He’s pointed the finger at Coleen over the number of holidays she takes and she’s raised questions about his nights out. "In the end it’ll need some give-and-take on both sides to get everything back to normal".
