We still can’t believe they have called it quits.
Last night, Love Island fans’ hearts were broken when this series’ winner, Dani Dyer, confirmed that she had split from her co-star boyfriend, Jack Fincham.
Taking to her Instagram Stories, Dani said the pair had “come to the realisation that it’s not meant to be long term” and were planning to stay friends post-split.
However, it was recently announced that the pair would present the National Television Awards social media hosts… but people began to question if they’d still do the job even though they’re broken up.
Well, the NTA’s just released a statement to say that they will indeed still be doing it together.
In a statement, bosses told The Sun Online: “As winners and stand-out stars of one of this year’s most talked-about shows, Love Island’s Dani Dyer and Jack Fincham will continue in their roles as hosts of the Red Carpet and Backstage and all our social media channels on the night at the 2019 National Television Awards.”
Bet that will be mega awkward.
