"You are four months pregnant and you're so skinny - it's really not good. Take care of yourself."But some fans were quick to rush to the mum-to-be's defence, posting out the position of her long hair. Someone commented:
"Her hair is covering most of her neck and it's the angle of the pic! "I think she looks absolutely stunning for being pregnant.. she's a nice healthy pregnant and it's her first so stomach muscles are a lot stronger at holding things in place.
