Giving Rachael Allen A Run For Her Money: Roz Purcell Is Handy In The Kitchen

Roz Purcell has revealed that she’s not only a dab hand at flaunting her stuff and mastering the GAA pitch but she is also very talented when it comes to whipping up a fabulous dessert.

The Celebrity Bainisteoir runner-up revealed that when it comes to turning nothing into something she is the girl to call.

"I'm like MacGyver, if there's a banana skin, an apple and an egg, I'll make a dessert out of it," she revealed to the Irish Independent’s Mistletoe magazine.

Roz won Celebrity Come Dine With Me

The model revealed that her Christmas favourite is her signature Sweet Potato Pie, the recipe of which is published in the magazine.

This is not the first time Roz has exposed her kitchen talents having previously appeared on Celebrity Come Dine With Me where she dinner partied with journalist Paul Martin and a contrary Brian Kennedy.

We’re not sure we fancy Roz’s banana skin soufflé but maybe her pie would fare better on Christmas Day?
