Gold Grills And A Baby Bump – Kim Kardashian’s Pregnancy Fashion Shoot Pics Revealed

Kim Kardashian proved throughout her pregnancy that she was Klassy with a capital K.

The then, mum-to-be was snapped out and about in lovely dresses, and elegant maternity wear. Now the reality star’s photo shoot for CR Fashion Book, taken during her pregnancy with daughter North West, has revealed a very different look.

Appearing on the front cover of former editor-in-chief of Vogue Paris, Carine Roitfeid’s new magazine Kim sports minimal makeup and a gold grill.

Kim is seen flashing her baby bump, wearing a New York Yankee baseball cap and veil in another image, and in a bizarre picture the 32-year-old has her entire head covered with jewels.

The series of images that were shot back in May are aptly titled ‘Miss USA.’

Carine told the Huffington Post that Lagerfeld gave her one piece of advice, “always surprise people.” 

"People like it or they don't like it. People were very surprised. I think it's good to have surprises in fashion because we always see the same things,” she said.
