Is a Reunion On the Cards? Katy Turns To ‘Love of Her Life’ As Shoulder to Cry On

He may have called her a few names after their split but it seems that Katy Perry still has a soft spot for her ex-husband Russell Brand.

Apparently the singer, who recently split from love rat John Mayer, has turned to her former flame for a shoulder to cry on.

 

Katy apparently discovered that John had cheated.

A source told RadarOnline.com: “Katy reached out to him after she split from John… He flattered her with compliments and just listened to her every word. Russell also used his wit to cheer Katy up.”

But that’s not all as the insider also said that there is still a lot of chemistry between the two.

 

Katy and Russell are said to have remained on reasonably good terms after their divorce.

However they insisted that a reunion is not on the cards (as yet): “She’s very respectful of Russell’s reasons for their break-up and would never overstep the line by begging for him to come back.

“But she does, however, think that he was definitely the love of her life. It’s left a lot of people wondering if she thinks that she could have fought harder to save their marriage.”
