It’s Going To Be A Fang-tastic Fake Halloween! Heidi Klum Reschedules Her Spooky Bash After Hurricane Sandy

We’ve all heard of a fake or early Christmas to get people in the spirit or for a special family occasion... and Heidi’s taking a leaf out of this festive book for her own Halloween bash.

Model Heidi Klum’s famous Halloween party was cancelled last week as Hurricane Sandy hit the east coast of America.

But Heidi has put too many hours into her costume and has spent too many years establishing the party to let this year’s go to waste.

The model has rescheduled her famous Halloween party for December 1st.

The German supermodel's yearly bash was postponed due to the power outages caused by the hurricane. The spooky party was originally due to take place on October 31st at new nightclub Finale in New York City.

Last week the 39-year-old promised in a cancellation statement that she would hold the party in "the near future".

Heidi is famed for her Halloween dos and extravagant costumes, revealing a stunning Cleopatra outfit for this year's get-together.

Now it looks like the gorgeous star will have to save the impressive fancy dress until next month.

Herself and former husband Seal used to spend weeks preparing for the massive event.

In the wake of the hurricane, American television network NBC held a benefit for victims of the hurricane, in an hour-long programme which featured stars such as Christina Aguilera and Jon Bon Jovi.

The charity concert raised a total of almost €20 million for the American Red Cross.

Music mogul Simon Cowell has donated a generous sum of almost €20,000.

"I'm proud to give my support to the Sandy appeal. This has been a terrible tragedy for so many families who have had their lives and homes destroyed. I hope everyone gets all the help they need to put their lives back together as soon as possible," he told the Daily News newspaper.
