It’s certainly a situation now… (sorry, not sorry).
Mike ‘The Situation’ might face 15 years in prison after pleading guilty to tax fraud.
The former reality star and his brother, Marc were accused in 2014 after failing to pay taxes on $8.9 million-worth of income between the years 2010 and 2012.
And then, only last year they were indicted again on charges of tax evasion and falsifying records.
People has reported that Mike and Marc will face a court hearing on Friday, in which his brother could face up to 25 years in jail.
We guess Snooki was right when she said “Don’t f*ck with the IRS.”
Oh, and if all goes to plan Mike still wants to participate in the Jersey Shore Family Vacation, which is being filmed this summer.
