You may be familiar with the force that is Jessica Alba. You know, ridiculously good-looking woman, amazing figure, nice person, the whole works but this may be the one time we were actually pretty glad that we are not her.
Alba told The Edit magazine that in order to get rid of that baby weight she wore a girdle. Apparently, shortly after the actress gave birth, she strapped herself in there for a total of three months!
“It was brutal; it’s not for everyone,” she said. “I wore a double corset day and night for three months. It was sweaty, but worth it.”
The star told Lucky magazine that she wore the girdle: “from the moment I give birth until it doesn’t feel loosely goosey anymore – that takes a good two to three months.”
We reckon this could inflict severe amounts of pain...
