Jessica Biel’s Favourite Part of Filming Total Recall? Eating a Bucket of Fried Chicken…

Jessica Biel has said that her favourite part of filming Total Recall was being able to eat an entire bucket of fried chicken once all her scenes were done and dusted.

Dear Jess, we actually love you for this little bit of celebrity honesty – mainly because it makes us happy to know that you’re just like us (although seriously? We probably wouldn’t be able to stop at just one bucket of chicken…)

The actress, who plays Melina in the reboot of the cult 90s film, said that she had to undergo an intense diet and exercise regime in order to get in shape for the part. However, she was thrilled once the film wrapped and she didn’t have to worry about her figure.

“I love anything fried,” said Jessica, speaking to Grazia magazine.

“I trained for months for Total Recall, ate really healthily and didn’t drink alcohol. When it was over I ate a big bucket of fried chicken,” she added.

Jessica, who is known for her love of exercise anyway, admitted that she enjoys challenging herself and pushing her body “to an extreme” however, there’s nothing like a bit of junk food every now and then.

Do you agree ladies? We’re inclined to give a resounding ‘hell-to-the-yes!’ on that one.

So, aside from the occasional splurge on fried chicken, how does Jess keep herself looking so amazing? Well, it’s all down to gentle relaxation…in between the “extreme” workouts…

“Taking a yoga class at the end of a day’s work. That helps me to completely unwind,” she said.

Jessica, who is engaged to her long-term beau Justin Timberlake (of Trousersnake fame), is currently enjoying being engaged and is “taking it easy” when it comes to planning her wedding.

When asked about her ideal wedding recently, the actress said:

“I have no idea…I am one of those people who is not very detail orientated. I’ll probably give an idea and let it be created. I feel like most of my friends, bless them, always go through some sort of something – one day of bridezilla – so maybe it’s just part of the experience, you just have to do it!”
