Jodie Wood has confirmed her baby girl's sweet name

The mum chose a short but sweet name for her baby girl.

She gave birth to her darling daughter last week and has finally revealed the name they chose for her.

Jodie confirmed her little one's name is Sadie and the meaning behind her name is incredibly sweet.

Alongside a series of photos and videos of her adorable girl, the proud mum wrote, "Sadie. The last few days have been such a rollercoaster of emotions, she’s not even a week old and I feel like I’ve had her forever.

"Bringing our girl home to her brothers was so special & I keep asking myself how I got so lucky," she wrote.

The mum also took time to praise the staff at The Rotunda Hospital to praise them for all they've done for her family.

"We are so grateful to the Rotunda Hospital for the care we received this year. Thank you to my consultant Prof Sam Coulter Smith who hand-delivered all three of my babies and to the amazing midwives and care teams who looked after us this week.

"I’m lapping up every moment of the bubble & I’ll be in bed for the foreseeable future if anyone needs me," they added.

The name Sadie is of Hebrew origin and it means 'princess'.
