Paul ... The most powerful messenger of the first century... Now we stand here 20 centuries later... Because he was a traveler... — KANYE WEST (@kanyewest) February 14, 2016While Yeezy himself hasn’t commented on the reason behind his financial woes, the star has previously admitted that his fashion designing was be behind his fortune downturn. According to Jezebel, Kanye previously admitted that his Yeezy clothing line had cost him $16million in debt, while his women’s clothing line, Consequence of Sound, saw the rapper face debts of $30million in 2014. The news comes in the same weekend that Kanye’s co-writer quit working with the rapper – insisting he needs counselling. Chicago rapper and songwriter Rhymefest, who co-wrote Jesus Walks, stated on Twitter that he had recently stopped working with Kanye, and went on further to outline his concerns about West's mental state. NME report that when asked to work with the rapper again, Rhymefest replied:"Nah his mind and spirit isn't right". He elaborated: "My brother needs help, in the form of counseling. Spiritual & mental. He should step away from the public & yesmen & heal". "I love my brother. I pray for his health not our entertainment".
