Such an adorable photo of Prince Louis.

As a thank you, Kate Middleton and Prince William decided to send an adorable photo of their youngest son, Prince Louis, to fans.

Photographs of the little boy were taken by the Duchess of Cambridge to mark his first birthday and they’re really very special.

Although a number of images were shared, the Duke and Duchess decided on one specific one to send to the royal fans who had wished their son a happy birthday.

This adorable snap where he’s looking straight at the camera and smiling at his mum, awwww.

The photo was posted by Instagram account loopycrown3 and it also revealed the sweet thank you message the couple shared within the card.

According to Hello magazine, the thank-you card read:

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are most grateful for the thoughtful message you sent to Prince Louis on the occasion of his first birthday.

“It was really kind of you and greatly appreciated.”

When the photos were first released just before his first birthday on April 23, the proud parents released a statement explaining that the images were taken at their country residence in Anmer Hall, Norfolk.

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are delighted to share these new photographs of Prince Louis ahead of his first birthday tomorrow ?

“The photographs were taken earlier this month by The Duchess at their home in Norfolk”.

Kate Middleton often takes official photos of her children as she has a keen interest in photography with Kensington Palace previously releasing images of Prince George and Princess Charlotte after their birthdays.
