Kate Middleton celebrated her birthday in the best way possible and we love her even more now

Kate Middleton celebrated her birthday in the best way possible.

Kate Middleton turned 37 on January 9 and the Duchess of Cambridge had a bit of a party to celebrate her big day, the weekend before her big day.

It sounds like she had a fab time altogether with many of her close friends turning up to celebrate her special day.

Sophie Carter, Princess Charlotte’s godmother, was there as was Prince George’s godmother, Emilia Jardine-Paterson, with both women bringing their husbands, also friends of the Cambridge family, along.

A birthday lunch with all your besties the week before your actual birthday sounds like the perfect way to celebrate really.

It was held at Kate and Willian’s country residence in Norfolk, Anmer Hall, and we imagine it was the perfect lunchtime gathering.

The party was attended by Kate’s close best friends and while there’s no law that says she and Meghan Markle have to be pals, people do expect them to get along.

There have been rumours of a feud between the pair for some time now but after they appeared to be getting on well at Christmas, stepping out together for a very public appearance, the reports calmed down albeit temporarily.

Now the royal rumour mill has gone into overdrive yet again though as Meghan wasn’t at the party and it’s been suggested that this means she wasn’t invited.

Yikes.

Now look, there’s every chance that the mum to be had other plans and just wasn’t able to go.

However, many are of the opinion that as the party included Kate’s close friends and Meghan wasn’t there, then they must be off with each other.

We’ll take this with a pinch of salt…
