Kate Middleton reportedly wants to have a fourth child with Prince William

Kate Middleton reportedly wants to have a fourth child with Prince William.

The Duchess and Duke of Cambridge have three children – Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis – between the ages of five-years-old and one-year-old.

However, a friend has told The Daily Mail that Kate is “feeling broody” and “keen to have a fourth child.”

They said:

“Catherine would like another baby.

“She loves children and is prepared to put herself through another pregnancy even though they have been complicated by severe morning sickness in the past.”

It comes as Kate joked that she was feeling “broody” as she and Prince William visited Northern Ireland back in February.

The Duchess of Cambridge met then-five-month-old James Barr during a walkabout, where she told his father Alan: “He’s gorgeous. It makes me feel broody.”

However, she was quick to quip that she thought “William would be a little worried” if they had a fourth child.

Earlier this week, the Cambridges celebrated Princess Charlotte’s fourth birthday – and released some adorable new portraits to mark the occasion.

They captioned the photos:

“The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are very pleased to share three new photographs of Princess Charlotte ahead of her fourth birthday.”

The photographs were taken in April by The Duchess at Kensington Palace and at their home in Norfolk.

And last month, Prince Louis turned one year old – and Kensington Palace shared even more adorable photos to celebrate.

The photos were taken by the Duchess of Cambridge who, along with the Duke, were said to be “delighted” to post the new portraits, which were taken in the garden of the family’s home in Norfolk last month.

The photos mark the first time the public has seen Prince Louis since the Cambridges released a family portrait for their Christmas card.
