Well…

Kerry Katona has hit back at her ex-husband Brian McFadden after he said his daughters are sick of weddings, alluding to the fact that their mum has been married three times.

Writing in her New! magazine column, Kerry said: “That’s Bri for you, trying to be funny but being a bit of a dick in the process.

She continued on to confirm: “For the record, Brian’s been engaged more times than I have, too!”

However, even with all the back and forth, Kerry says that their daughters will support their father no matter what.

“He’s right, the girls probably are sick of weddings. Molly’s been to all of mine. But, I’ve no doubt they’ll support their dad 100 percent when he walks down the aisle again,” she said.

When Brian was interviewed by OK! magazine after his proposal, he said: “They’ve been bridesmaids for their mother about five times already so they’re probably sick of it.

“There’s only so many times you can be a bridesmaid. They must be thinking, ‘Not another f*cking wedding!’”

He also revealed that the popping the question didn’t quite go as planned.

“Our original plan was to do it on Christmas Day.

“I was going to give Danielle a box with a note inside saying ‘Call Molly’ and then Molly would ask Danielle to marry me, but we got bored of that idea. Molly is brilliant at keeping secrets, Lilly isn’t.”

Instead, they were at a penthouse for a party after one of his gigs. Brain continued: “After the gig, I’d booked the penthouse suite at our hotel and arranged a party up there.

“That’s when I said to Danielle’s mum and dad, ‘I’m not doing it now, I’ll just do it on Christmas morning with the ring’. But I wanted all her family and friends to be there so I thought, ‘F**k it, I’ll do it now’,” he said.
