Kim Kardashian has spoken out about her split from Pete Davidson last month for the first time since.
The couple announced they had split last month and now in a chat with Interview magazine, Kim explained that there was no bad blood between the two.
While speaking to editor-in-chief Mel Ottenberg about Pete, Kim immediately said: “He’s a cutie.”
“He’s literally such a good person, they don’t really make them like him anymore. I’m excited for what he has coming up.”
Kim and Pete ended their romance after nine months, with Page Six reporting that their age difference was the cause.
A source told the publication: “Pete is 28 and Kim is 41 — they are just in very different places at the moment.”
“Pete is totally spontaneous and impulsive and wants her to fly to New York, or wherever he is on a moment’s notice. But Kim has four kids and it isn’t that easy. She needs to focus on the kids.”
The insider added that Kim was “totally exhausted by this relationship and other things going on in her life.”
Kim and Pete first started dating after Kim made her hosting debut on Saturday Night Live in October and took a liking to Pete.
While the attraction was immediate for the two, it didn’t last and a source told E! News that while they have “a lot of love and respect for each other”, long distance was taking a toll and “made it really difficult to maintain a relationship.”
