Kourtney Kardashian slammed for wearing ‘racially offensive’ clothing

Many are not happy with her fit choice.

Kourtney Kardashian is facing some backlash following an outfit choice she made recently that some fans have deemed “racially offensive”.

The reality star was pictured in Malibu wearing a jersey with the logo of the Chicago Blackhawks hockey team on it.

The image shows the side profile of a Native American person’s head, and some fans have branded it “offensive” and “upsetting”.

Kourtney wore the top as a dress and paired it with a long black coat and knee high boots as she went for dinner with her husband Travis Barker at Greek restaurant Taverna Tony on Friday.

Many fans of the Kardashians took to Reddit, via The US Sun, to share their outrage over the outfit as a thread on the site claimed the look was “problematic”.

One person said: “I love Kourtney and I love hockey – but this is NOT it.”

Another added: “Ain’t no way Kourtney confidently wore that jersey. That’s insane.”

A third wrote: “She just grabs a shirt from Travis’s closet and pairs it with high socks and creepers everyday. Sometimes baggy pants, sometimes the shirt is the dress.”

A fourth pointed out why it was deemed offensive, noting that while other teams have animals as their logo, the Blackhawks use the image of a person from a marginalised group.

They said: “I understand it’s sports but it’s still gross.”

In other Kourtney news, fans are convinced she is finally pregnant with husband Travis Barker because of a number of subtle hints.

Recently, a behind-the-scenes snap was taken of Kourtney while she was at a Blink 182 concert in New York.

The shot showed Kourtney rocking a beautiful bob hair style and wearing a black t-shirt under white overalls.

The photo was taken as she walked off the stage following Travis’ concert and to be fair, it looks like Kourt is cradling a baby bump.

Obviously, a TikTok was made and it’s doing its rounds on the platform which is adding more fuel to the fire.
