Huge news for the singer.

Former Little Mix member Leigh-Anne Pinnock has signed a major solo deal with Warner Records.

It comes two months after the band announced they would be taking a break after their upcoming tour following their 10-year-anniversary to “recharge and work on some other projects” – including solo careers.

Warner Brothers took to Twitter on Thursday writing: “Delighted to welcome @leighannepinnock to the Warner Records family.”

Fans were delighted to hear the news and rushed to the comments to congratulate the 30-year-old.

YES LEIGH!! Absolutely can’t wait to see what she creates,” one fan wrote.

“I’m so excited! Bossing it,” another said.

“Congrats queen so proud of you, love you with all my heart,” a third added.

Her deal comes after after Tap Music – the management company representing huge stars such Lana Del Rey and Dua Lipa – added Leigh-Anne to their roster.

At the time, Leigh-Anne said: “This is such an incredibly exciting time for me and my career and I can’t wait to show everyone what I’ve got coming up.

“I will continue to work on my solo endeavours alongside my Little Mix commitments.”

And Leigh-Anne has been keeping busy outside the world of music too.

In December of last year, she made her acting debut in Aml Ameen’s “Boxing Day” film, shortly after releasing a documentary about racism in the music industry, titled “Leigh-Anne: Race, Pop & Power”.

We can’t wait to see what else she has up her sleeve.

It also looks like more of the Little Mix crew are following suite and embarking on solo careers as Perrie Edwards was recently spotted working in the studio, recording with one of Ed Sheeran’s producers.

Little Mix are set to embark on their highly-anticipated Confetti tour this April.
