Love Island’s Caroline Flack teases new twist as she heads to last minute filming session

Love Island has had its fair share of drama over the last few days.

But it looks like things could soon be shaken up again as Caroline Flack revealed she was called to a surprise filming session. Early Friday evening, she posted a photo of herself posing in a yellow sundress as she  enjoyed a massive pint in the sunshine. She told her followers:

"Sometimes you wanna post a inspirational quote ... other times you just want to find a pint of beer as big as your head ... I know . You are welcome."

However, it wasn't long until her plans for the evening changed - and the TV presenter revealed to her followers she had been called to do "some late night filming". According to The Mirror, she said:

"So I put myself down for a little siesta and set myself down for dinner, and my Love Island pager went off. "Um. And I've been summoned to do some filming, some late night filming."

As she continued to head to the unexpected filming session, she joked:

"That's what happens on the island of love, always on call. Like a doctor or a fireman. "I don't really have a Love Island pager. Just a producer who calls me up."

The clip has since been taken down from her Instagram Stories, although that hasn't stopped fans from wondering if there was going to be a new twist on the cards. Like a surprise recoupling, maybe? Or what about a blast from the (not-so-distant) past? Either way, it's looking like there won't be much longer until we find out...
