Well this is awkward… and HILARIOUS. With millions in the trust-fund, and his own spot on TV as Made In Chelsea’s love rat, it might be hard to mistake Spencer Matthews as a celebrity. Not unless you’re Leonardo DiCaprio. According to an interview with The Sun, Spencer has admitted that the Hollywood star mistook him for a hotel worker at a party in the Caribbean: “We had a chit-chat about whether he was having a lovely time, liked the hotel, whether we’d be seeing him back – I sounded like I worked at the hotel.” It was only after the encounter did Spencer realise that lovely Leo had been so polite, thinking he was working there full-time. Spencer, who is heir to a series of hotels in St.Barts and Dubai, didn’t correct the actor. In fairness, it was probably one of those moments where you might compare yourself against the person standing right in front of you... Spencer has featured as a main love interest, and heart breaker, in Made In Chelsea since 2011. The reality TV star also starred in The Bachelor - a reality show to meet a new girlfriend - although it was slated as 'set-up' from the start. Spencer is currently dating co-star Lauren Hutton.
